黄陵矿区中厚煤层智能化工作面矿压显现规律研究

摘要 通过理论计算、矿压监测分析、现场实测数据分析等多种方式,研究分析了黄陵矿业公司一号煤矿621智能化综采工作面周期来压规律,填补了黄陵矿区智能化综采工作面矿压规律研究的空白;同时通过数据监测分析了621工作面支架工作阻力频率整体成正态分布状态,支架平均动态工作阻力均未超过额定值;评价说明该矿智能化配套支架架型设计合理,支架支护强度可靠、支护形态稳定,能够满足实际生产支护需求,为煤矿采煤工作面液压支架的可靠性和适应性分析提供了新的评价思路。 Through theoretical calculation,mine pressure monitoring and field measurement,the periodic weighting law of No.621 intelligent fully mechanized mining face in No.1 Coal Mine was analyzed.The analysis shows that the working resistance frequency of the support in No.621 working face is normal distribution and the average working resistance of the support does not exceed the rated value,the design of the support is reasonable,the support strength is reliable,which can meet the actual production demand,and provides a new evaluation idea for the reliability and adaptability analysis of hydraulic support.
