摘要
中共十九大报告强调,以提升组织力为重点,突出政治功能,把各领域基层党组织建设成为宣传党的主张、贯彻党的决定、领导基层治理、团结动员群众、推动改革发展的坚强战斗堡垒。高校基层党组织要切实把重点聚焦到提升基层党组织组织力上来,紧扣高校基层党组织实际,推动基层组织建设全面进步、全面过硬,是写好党建工作“奋进之笔”。
The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that focusing on improving organizational power,highlighting political functions,and building grassroots party organizations in various fields into a strong battle to advocate the party's ideas,implement party decisions,lead grassroots governance,unite and mobilize the masses,and promote reform development.The grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities should effectively focus on improving the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations,closely follow the reality of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities,and promote the overall progress and overall integrity of grassroots organizations,and write a good example of party building work.
