热输入对510L钢焊接接头组织和性能的影响

摘要 以90 A,110 A和130 A三种不同焊接电流对510L汽车大梁钢进行单层焊,研究了焊接热输入对焊接接头组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,在其他条件相同时,焊接电流为110 A单层焊时,得到的焊缝组织较细,硬度适中,便于机械、锻造、焊接加工。然后以最佳电流值进行多层焊。结果表明,多层焊比单层焊硬度低,具有消除应力和退火作用。 Firstly,investigation was carried out to study the effect of heat input to the microstructure and mechanical properties of weld joints by single layer welding automobile beam steel 510L with three different welding current values(90 A,110 A,130 A).The results show that when the welding current is 110 A with single layer welding under other conditions,the resulting weld structure is fine and the hardness is moderate,which is convenient for mechanical,forging and welding processing.The results show that the multi-layer welding has lower hardness than single-layer welding and has the effect of eliminating stress and annealing.
