基于模糊FMECA的充氧车取力器可靠性分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用传统的FMECA方法对充氧车取力器进行可靠性分析时,由于评价因素多且具有模糊性,很难形成准确有效的分析结果。用融入模糊理论的模糊FMECA方法对充氧车取力器进行可靠性行分析,得到取力器4种故障模式的危害等级排序。根据分析结果找出危害度最大的关键元件,进而找到取力器的故障维修及技术改进重点,提高其工作可靠性。 The traditional FMECA was used to analyze the reliability of the power take-off in oxygen filling vehicle.Because of many evaluation indexes and fuzziness,it was difficult to have an accurate analysis.The fuzzy FMECA method,which integrated fuzzy theory,was used to analyze the reliability of the power take-off of the oxygen filling vehicle.The hazard rank order of the four kinds of fault modes was obtained,and the key components of the most harmful degree were found out,and then the fault maintenance and technical improvement were found and the work reliability was improved.
