摘要
高校党的组织工作制度体系建设是一项极端重要的工作,虽然当前高校党的组织工作制度建设在实践中积累了丰硕的成果,但也存在制度建设与管理主体不明确、制度制定及调整滞后、制度落实执行不到位等现象,新形势下应在坚持“立足实际和务实管用、继承与创新紧密结合、制定和执行建管并重”中,推进高校党的组织工作制度建设。
System construction of the Party organization of colleges and universities work is an extremely important work,although the current construction of the Party organization of colleges and universities work system in practice has accumulated fruitful results,but there are some problems existed as unclear subject,none timely formulation and adjustment,and non-implementation system.Under the new situation it should be insisted on“basing on the practical and pragmatic work,combining inheritance and innovation,developing and implementing connection of the equal emphasis”so as to promote the construction of the Party organization of colleges and universities work system.
