摘要
随着我国对乡村振兴战略的大力推进,乡村旅游业在乡土聚落快速兴起,而民宿作为发展当地旅游业的极佳切入点应运而生。文章针对乡土聚落中民宿发展出现的无序性开发、同质化严重、乡土性缺失等问题,分别从乡土聚落保护更新、民宿开发及民宿设计三方面进行研究分析,提出乡土聚落保护更新下民宿开发设计的策略与方法。
With the vigorously promotion of the rural revitalization strategy in China, rural tourism is rapidly risingin vernacular settlement.And rustic boutique hotels as a good entry point for the development oflocal tourism has emerged.This paper aims at the problems of uncontrolled development, seriouslyhomogeneous and lack of local characteristics in the development of rustic boutique hotels in vernacularsettlement.Based on the research and analysis of the protection and renewal of vernacular settlement, thedevelopment and design of rustic boutique hotels, this paper puts forward the strategies and methods ofthe development and design of rustic boutique hotels based on the protection and renewal of vernacularsettlement.
