摘要
目的运用中医传承辅助平台软件,对当代名中医辨治慢性萎缩性胃炎的用药规律进行深入探讨,并对基于数据挖掘的“新方”进行详尽分析,为临床更好治疗该病提供借鉴与参考。方法构建当代中医药名家治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的方剂数据库,采用复杂系统熵聚类等方法进行配伍规律分析和新方挖掘。结果对195条验方组成的数据库研究得出,关联系数较高的药对14个,核心组合20个,新方10首。结论当代名中医在慢性萎缩性胃炎的论治中,多善化裁古方,强调气阴双补和肝胃同治,对新方的研习可以窥探出构建“六位一体”综合治疗体系日益成为该病论治的未来趋势。
Objective To explore the rules of medication in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis based on the syndrome differentiation of contemporary famous TCM doctor by using the auxiliary software for TCM inheritance so as to provide the reference for the better treatment of such disease through mining the new formulas.Methods The herbal formula database for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by contemporary TCM doctor were constructed.The entropy clustering of complex system is adopted to analyze the compatibility rule and mine the new prescriptions.Results By data study on 195 empirical formulas,the high correlation coefficient was presented in 14 pairs of herbs,the core combination was found in 20 formulas and 10 formulas referred to new ones.Conclusion In the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by the contemporary TCM doctors,the use of ancient formulas is predominated,focusing on mutual tonification of qi and yin and mutual regulation of liver and stomach.The study on the new prescriptions may construct“six-in-one”comprehensive therapeutic system,which will be the trend of treatment for such disease in the future.
