摘要
上海市某饮用水源地新建了一口不锈钢深水井,其井径273.1 mm、孔深230 m。为确保施工质量,每50 m及终孔时各校正一次孔深及测量一次孔斜。其中,接管技术极为关键,施工时,先在不锈钢管材凹槽内套箍密封圈,再将上下管材公母口对接,最后穿插弹簧销。这种新型管材连接方式大大地缩短下管时间,提高了成井效率,降低了施工风险。
A new stainless steel deep water well was built in a drinking water source in Shanghai with a diameter of 273.1 mm and a hole depth of 230 m.In order to ensure the construction quality,the hole depth was corrected and the hole inclination was measured once every 50 m and at the end point.The connection technology was extremely important.During construction,first,the sealing ring was hooped in the groove of the stainless steel pipe,then the male and female orifices of the upper and lower pipes were docked and finally,the spring pin was inserted.This new type of pipe connection greatly shortens the descending time of well pipe,improves the efficiency of well formation and reduces the construction risk.
