摘要
垃圾污染问题是我国亟待解决的重要问题之一。近年来,由于国家的重视和相关技术的提高,城市的垃圾问题已经在很大程度上改善。但是,在中国的大后方——牧区,垃圾污染问题仍在延续。四子王旗脑木更苏木作为中国北方边疆典型牧区之一,其垃圾污染较为严重。这与当地现代型垃圾的迅速增加、垃圾处理设施缺乏且处理方式落后、流动人口多、自然环境恶劣、苏木政府缺乏相应的措施等因素有关。要想解决脑木更苏木的垃圾污染问题,最重要是在政策上加大对环境的关注和投入,经济发展的同时更加注重环境保护,发扬节俭和环境友好文化。只有城市和牧区的垃圾问题都得到了解决,才能真正摆脱垃圾困扰。
Waste pollution is one of the most important environmental problems to be solved urgently in China.In recent years,the urban waste problem have been largely solved due to the governmental attention and the improvement of related technologies in China.However,the waste pollution problem still exists in the pasturing area of China.The Dorbod Qi of Naomugeng Sumu,as one of the typical pasturing areas in China northern border area,has a serious waste pollution problem,which is related to the rapid increase of modern-life waste,lack of waste treatment equipment and out-dated treatment methods,large amount of migrant population,poor natural environment,lack of governmental intervening measures,and other factors.The most important thing to solve the problems of waste pollution problem in Naomugeng Sumu is to pay more attention to and invest more in the environment from the policy-level.With the economic development,environmental protection should be paid much more attention to,and the thrifty and environment-friendly culture should be promoted.Only all the waste pollution problems both in urban and in pasturing area have been resolved,can we really get rid of waste pollution.
