摘要
目的评价口腔颌面骨折患者应用微型钛板技术的应用效果。方法选取2014年7月1日~2018年7月1日我院收治的口腔颌面骨折患者74例作为实验组,另选取2010年1月~2014年6月采用不锈钢板治疗的患者61例作为实验组,分析恢复率、满意度和并发症。结果实验组恢复率、满意度和并发症优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔颌面骨折实际治疗期间,使用相关的微型钛板技术法,有助于促使恢复效果的改善,全面增强满意度,有着很好的推广优势。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of mini titanium plate in patients with oral and maxillofacial fracture.Methods 74 patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures in our hospital from July 1,2014 to July 1,2018 were taken as experimental group,61 patients treated with stainless steel plate from January 2010 to June 2014 were taken as control experimental group,recovery rate,satisfaction degree and complications were analyzed.Results the recovery rate,satisfaction degree and complications of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and there were differences between the data(P<0.05).Conclusion During the actual treatment of oral and maxillofacial fractures,the use of relevant titanium mini-plate technology is helpful to improve the recovery effect and enhance the overall satisfaction.It has a good promotion advantage.
