摘要
基于Delta机构,设计了裂纹鸡蛋分拣控制系统,提高了鸡蛋附加值。首先,分析鸡蛋分拣机器人末端执行器运行的轨迹,找出运动规律,使机器人分拣运动更加平稳;其次,根据抓取需求,设计了气动真空吸盘系统;最后,设计了总体的控制系统。该系统能够满足鸡蛋自动分拣工作的要求。
Based on the Delta organization,a crack egg sorting control system was designed to increase the added value of eggs.Firstly,the trajectory of the end effector of the egg sorting robot was analyzed,and the motion law was planned to make the sorting movement of the robot more stable.Then,according to the grasping requirements,a pneumatic vacuum suction cup system was designed.Finally,the overall control system was designed.The system can meet the requirements of automatic egg sorting work.
