高等级公路沥青路面热熔标线性能变化规律研究 被引量:5

摘要 依托齐鲁交通发展集团济南绕城东南段标线施划工程,采用标准道路热熔标线材料进行标准化施工,施工完成后对路面标线性能衰减情况进行跟踪观测。结果显示,开放交通初期,不同交通量等级下路面标线的逆反射系数都会出现一定程度降低,然后在较长一段时间内出现逆反射系数平台期;交通量的大小对路面标线性能影响大,由于交通量的不同,标线逆反射系数与厚度的变化并不一致;大交通量等级下,路面标线逆反射系数、厚度下降速度快,性能衰减变化规律性较为明显,变化基本一致;小交通量等级下,路面标线逆反射系数下降幅度下,路面外侧标线厚度基本无变化。 Relying on the marking project of the southeast section of Jinan round city expressway of Qilu transportation development group,standard road hot melt marking materials are used for standardized construction.After completion of the construction,the attenuation of pavement marking performance is tracked and observed.The results show that in the initial stage of open traffic,the reverse reflection coefficient of pavement markings will decrease to a certain extent under different traffic volume levels,and then a plateau period of reverse reflection coefficient will appear in a longer period of time.The size of traffic volume has a great influence on the performance of pavement markings.Because of the different traffic volume,the change of the reverse reflection coefficient of the markings is not consistent with the thickness.The retroreflective coefficient and thickness of pavement markings decrease rapidly,and the regularity of performance attenuation is obvious,and the change is basically the same.Under the small traffic volume level,the thickness of pavement markings outside is basically unchanged under the descending range of the retroreflective coefficient of pavement markings.
