智能双电源快切优化系统在瓦斯抽放泵站中的应用

摘要 为保证煤矿瓦斯抽泵站安全高效运行,在介绍了常规瓦抽站供电系统的基础上,进一步分析了智能电源快切装置,分别对电源检测电路设计、检测算法与双电源驱动电路设计、电源快切装置优点展开研究。实践应用表明,电源快切装置在瓦斯抽放泵站中的应用,提高了双回路电源供电可靠性,减少了瓦斯抽放泵站无预兆停机现象。 In order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of coal mine gas pumping station,on the basis of introducing the conventional tile pumping station power supply system,this paper further analyzes the intelligent power supply fast cutting device,and designs the power supply detection circuit respectively.The detection algorithm,the design of dual power drive circuit and the advantages of power fast switching device are studied.The practical application shows that the application of the power supply fast cutting device in the gas drainage pumping station improves the reliability of the double loop power supply and reduces the gas drainage.The pumping station is shut down without warning.
