摘要
在对带式输送机进行煤量自动匹配原理分析的基础上,提出了煤量自动匹配的基本流程和输煤系统节能的基本方法。利用带式输送机节能运行理论对带式输送机主优化控制系统进行了研究,并基于模块化设计了带式输送机的煤量自动匹配及节能系统。采用最优控制系统和煤量自动匹配的流程,设计了实现最优控制系统的硬件和软件。
Based on the analysis of the principle of automatic matching of coal quantity of belt conveyor,the basic flow of automatic matching of coal quantity and the basic method of saving energy in coal transportation system are put forward.The main optimal control system of belt conveyor is studied by using the theory of energy saving operation of belt conveyor,and the automatic coal matching and energy saving system of belt conveyor based on modular design.The hardware and software of the optimal control system are designed by using the optimal control system and the flow chart of automatic coal matching.
