摘要
介绍了中型变速器推式分离系统支撑结构改进措施。通过改进变速器离合器壳处分离叉轴支撑衬套结构,增加密封措施,同时定期在衬套与叉轴接触位置强制加注润滑脂,从而改善该处工作环境,减少衬套与叉轴磨损,提高衬套工作寿命。
This paper introduces the improvement measures of the support structure of the push separation system of the medium transmission.By improving the structure of the support bushing of the fork shaft at the clutch shell of the transmission,the sealing measures are increased,and the lubricating grease is added regularly in the contact position between the bushing and the fork shaft,so as to improve the working environment,reduce the wear of the bushing and the fork shaft and improve the working life of the bushing.
