摘要
二维码的使用给各行各业带来了很大便利,但也存在一定的风险问题。为了规避风险,对二维码使用过程中存在的信息安全、经济安全问题以及因制度不完善、部门监管不力、技术不健全产生的风险问题进行详细剖析,指出可从增强用户风险防范意识、加强监管、完善相关法律法规,以及开发移动支付新技术等方面进行二维码扫码风险的防范。
Although the scanning of two-dimensional codes has brought great convenience to various walks of life,there are still risk problems.In order to avoid the risks,this paper dissects the risk prob?lems in information security,economic security,imperfect system,inadequate supervision,and unsound technology.Therefore,this paper puts forward the preventive measures such as to enhance the risk preven?tion awareness of users,reinforce supervision,perfect relevant laws and regulations,and develop new tech?nology in mobile payment,etc.This analysis is expected to provide a certain reference for safer use and better environment of the two-dimensional codes in various industries so as to perfect its legal system and improve its regulatory agencies and measures.
