2018年瑞安市本土出产蔬菜农药残留状况调查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解瑞安市本土出产的蔬菜中农药残留情况,分析其污染水平和分布状况,为制定针对性的农药使用和食品安全防控措施提供依据。方法:在全市范围内采集蔬菜样品进行29个农药残留项目的检测。结果:共采集蔬菜474份,检出农药残留79份,农残检出率16.7%,无超标样品。检出率从高到低分别为叶菜类37.5%、茄果类36%、芸薹属类12.9%、瓜类4.8%、根茎类和薯芋类2.1%、豆类0%以及其他类0%。不同种类的农药检出率从高到低分别为腐霉利、氯氰菊酯、百菌清和氯氟氰菊酯、三唑酮、联苯菊酯和甲氰菊酯、七氯、三氯杀螨醇、丙溴磷和乙酰甲胺磷和氰戊菊酯、毒死蜱。结论:瑞安市本土出产的蔬菜虽存在一定程度的农药残留污染,但农药残留整体处于较低水平。 Objective:To understand the pesticide residues in vegetables produced in Rui’an,analyze the pollution level and distribution status,and provide evidence for the development of targeted pesticide use and food safety prevention and control measures.Methods:Vegetable samples were collected from the city for the detection of 29 pesticide residues.Results:A total of 474 vegetables were collected and 79 pesticide residues were detected.The detection rate of pesticide residues was 16.7%.There were no samples exceeding the standard.The detection rate ranged from 37.5%for leafy vegetables,36%for canola,13.9%for genus,4.8%for melons,2.1%for rhizome and yam,0%for beans,and 0%for other classes.The detection rates of different kinds of pesticides from high to low were procymidone,cypermethrin,chlorothalonil and cyhalothrin,triadimefon,bifenthrin and fenpropathrin,heptachlor,dicofol and profenofos.And acephate and fenvalerate,chlorpyrifos.Conclusion:Although the vegetables produced in Rui’an have a certain degree of pesticide residue pollution,the overall situation of pesticide residues is at a low level.
