摘要
目的探讨经皮神经电刺激联合耳穴压丸防治顺铂化疗所致恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法采用方便抽样,选取医院收治的行顺铂化疗的患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用甲氧氯普胺、昂丹司琼等常规药物防治恶心呕吐,观察组在对照组的基础上运用电子止吐仪实施经皮神经电刺激治疗,同时联合耳穴压丸干预。观察2组恶心、呕吐控制效果。结果观察组恶心呕吐症状完全控制率30.00%(9/30),高于对照组的6.67%(2/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮神经电刺激联合耳穴压丸可有效缓解顺铂化疗所致恶心呕吐症状。
Objective To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined auricular point pressing therapy in prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing Cisplatin chemotherapy were assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.All patients received drug administration such as Metoclopramide and Ondansetron,and those in the observation group were given transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined auricular point pressing therapy.The prevention efficacy of nausea and vomiting was evaluated and compared between two groups.Results The complete response rate of controlling nausea and vomiting was 30.00%(9/30)in the observation group,which was higher than 6.67%(2/30)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined auricular point pressing therapy can effectively prevent and relieve the chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.
