摘要
为充分发挥时空地理信息大数据在区域规划方面的服务保障作用,以宜宾市为例,初步探索形成了在城市整体建设效果大视角下的区域规划实施效果分析技术路线。研究表明:①2010-2014年宜宾市社会经济活动的空间投射——地理信息变化剧烈,规划实施明显推进;②从具体规划实施城市发展效果来看,“三大中心”初见轮廓,“六大基地”建设步伐加快,空间开发格局进一步优化,生态环境建设稳步推进,产业向园区进一步集中,沿长江黄金水道布局的态势凸显;③经济发展与用地矛盾、生产空间与生态空间矛盾突出。
In order to make full use of the spatio-temporal geographical information data in regional planning, taking Yibin City for example, we explored the technical route of implementation effect analysis of regional planning in a large perspective of the urban overall construction effect. e results show that(1) form 2010 to 2014, the changes of geographical information which is the spatial projection of Yibin’s social economic activities are severe and the regional planning implementation has obtained distinct effect.(2) " ree Centers" of Yibin City are initially realized, the construction of "Six Bases" is accelerated, the spatial development pattern is further optimized, the ecological environment construction is steadily progressed, industries further concentrate to the park and the trend of distribution along the Yangtze River is obvious.(3) e contradiction between economic development and land use, and the contradiction between production space and ecological space are still outstanding.
