摘要
以韩国釜山、中国荣成、即墨、长岛4个地理群体魁蚶为研究对象,测量了壳长、壳高、壳宽、楯面长、楯面宽、前端到腹缘、后端到腹缘、小月面长、韧带长、放射肋宽和体质量等11个形态性状,运用多变量形态度量学方法,对4个群体间的形态差异进行了主成分、聚类和判别比较分析。研究结果显示,构建的3个主成分第1主成分、第2主成分和第3主成分,贡献率分别为27.989%、20.742%和13.612%,累积贡献率为62.342%;聚类分析结果表明,4个魁蚶群体聚为两支,韩国釜山群体与3个中国群体的趋异程度最大;建立了4个群体的判别函数,并进行了判别分析,判别准确率分别为90.0%、96.7%、86.9%和87.7%。中国荣成、即墨、长岛魁蚶群体间的形态变异差异较小,与韩国釜山群体的形态变异差异较大。本研究结果可为魁蚶种质资源的合理开发和保护及种质创制利用提供科学参考。
The multivariate morphometrics based on 10 morphological characters and 1 count character were used to investigate the morphological variations among the four different geographical populations of ark shell Scapharca brougghtonii from the Republic of Kroea(Pusan)and China(Rongcheng,Jimo and Changdao).The correlation analysis showed that there were differences in correlation coefficient among the four populations.Three principal components were constructed in the principal component(PC)analysis by factor loading,the contribution rates of the three components being 27.989%,20.742%,and 13.612%,respectively.The cluster analysis revealed that four populations were clustered into two branches,Busan population alone,and the other three populations together.The discriminant functions of the four populations were established,with dicriminant accuracy of 90.0%,96.7%,86.9%and 87.7%,respectively.The results of multiple comparison were in accordance with the conclusion of other methods,the morphological variation among the groups of ark shell in Rongcheng,Jimo and Changdao,China was smaller than that of Pusan in the Republic of Korea.This findings provided an importantbasis for the identification of geographical populations and protection and restoration of genetic resources of S.brougghtonii.
