摘要 为了提高装载机散热系统的换热性能,保证整车工作的稳定性,以轮式装载独立冷却系统为研究对象,采用NTU方法对独立冷却舱内部热环境进行了CFD预测,得到了独立舱内部流场和温度场的分布,并对仿真结果进行了试验验证,证明了计算模型的有效性。分析了顶部开口对进气流量和散热器换热效率的影响,同时对比了各个散热器不同布置方式对整个系统散热性能的影响。设计了四种不同的结构方案,对比分析了四种方案下散热模块的换热量,得到了最佳的设计方案。研究结果表明:顶部开口能够增加独立舱的进气流量和各个散热器的散热性能。研究结果对装载机整车热管理提供了指导。 In order to enhance the heat transfer performance of the radiators for loader to ensure the vehicle performance stable,the 3-D simulation model of the independent cooling module was built.CFD numerical simulation was carried out to predict thermal environment for the independent cabin based on NTU method.The distributions of flow field and temperature field were got in the cabin.And the simulation results were compared with the test results to prove the validity of the calculation model.The influences of top opening on inlet air flow rate and heat transfer capacity were analyzed.And the influences of different arrangement for the various radiators on the cooling performance of the whole system were compared,too.Four different structure schemes were designed and the heat transfer capacities of the four plans were compared and the best design solution was obtained.The simulation results showed that opening the top could significantly increase air flow rate and heat transfer capacity for all radiators.The results of the study provided guidance for the vehicle thermal management technology of the loader.
