摘要
测试构件形貌可以了解整体结构在工作中的变形信息,可以有目的进行结构的安全预警。为测试构件形貌,利用投影条纹法,采用由计算机软件产生四帧有一定相位差的相移正弦光栅,利用相移技术求解物体相位,实现点对点的运算,无需精密的相移装置。通过车门把手的非接触测试其三维形貌,得到了测试对象的位相图,通过解包裹处理,得到了车把手的三维形貌。表明该方法通过标定后,测量构件三维形貌精度高,易于操作,尤其适合现场监测结构安装前后变形状态。
The shape of the component can be used to understand the deformation information of the whole structure in the operation.In order to test the component morphology,using projection fringe method,four frames with phase shifted sinusoidal grating phase difference produce by computer software.Then,objects phase can be determined by phase shift technique,so as to implement point to point computation without precision phase shift device.Through the non-contact test for the door handle,the phase diagram of the test object is obtained,and the three-dimensional shape of the handle is obtained through the unwrapping processing.The results show that the method has the advantages of high accuracy and easy operation,and is especially suitable for monitoring the deformation of the structure before and after installation.
