摘要
基于自我中心网络的理论基础和模型,分析了创新网络中企业自我中心网络的规模、中心性、密度与企业创新水平的关系,并求出最优结构。研究结果表明:企业自我中心网络规模与创新水平显著正相关,显现出倒U形关系;自我中心性与企业创新水平显著负相关,也显现出倒U形关系。基于此,企业可以通过优化自我中心网络找到最优结构特征,提高企业创新水平。
Based on the theoretical basis and model of egocentric network,this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between the scale,ego-betweenness,ego-density and enterprise innovation level of egocentric network in innovation network.The results show that enterprise egocentric network has a close relationship with enterprise innovation output and has a significant impact on enterprise innovation output.Among them,the scale of egocentric network is positively correlated with enterprise innovation output,which is reflected in an inverted U-shaped relationship;ego-betweenness is negatively correlated with enterprise innovation output,which is also reflected in an inverted U-shaped relationship;while the relationship between the ego-density of egocentric network and enterprise innovation output is not obvious.Through this study,enterprise can find the optimal structural characteristics by optimizing the egocentric network and improve the level of enterprise innovation.
