摘要
目的探讨QDBST产后恶露不绝的治疗方法。方法将120例QDBST产后恶露不绝患者随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予缩宫素及抗生素治疗,治疗组应用MBD联合产后康复仪治疗。观察两组临床疗效、血性恶露结束时间。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的81.67%(χ^2=5.52,P=0.019);治疗组血性恶露结束时间早于对照组(t=13.0,P<0.01)。结论MBD联合产后康复仪治疗QDBST产后恶露不绝效果确切。
Objective To explore the treatment of QDBST postpartum lochia.Methods 120 patients with QDBST postpartum lochia were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases each.The control group was treated with oxytocin and antibiotics,and the treatment group was treated with MBD combined with postpartum rehabilitation instrument.The clinical efficacy and end time of bloody lochia were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group 81.67%(χ^2=5.52,P=0.019).The end time of the bloody lochia in the treatment group was earlier than the control group(t=13.0,P<0.01).Conclusion MBD combined with postpartum rehabilitation instrument for the treatment of QDBST postpartum lochia is effective.
