主井自动化无人值守系统的实践

摘要 基于霍州煤电集团李雅庄煤矿主井提升系统存在的问题,提出了基于KJD10主井定量装载控制系统的全自动化改造实践应用,分析阐述了技术改造方案、核心技术和主要创新点。改造系统的应用效果良好,效益显著。 Based on the problems existing in the main shaft hoisting system of Liyazhuang Coal Mine of Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group,this paper puts forward the practical application of automatic transformation of the quantitative loading control system of the main shaft based on KJD10,analyses and expounds the automatic technical transformation scheme of the main shaft hoisting system,and expounds the transformation scheme,the core technology and the main innovation points.The application effect of the reformation system is good,and the automation of the main shaft of the mine is realized without any attendants,which has produced good benefits.
