摘要
针对潞安集团和顺一缘煤业现有孔口除尘方法对钻孔煤尘治理效果不好的问题,在分析泡沫除尘机理的基础上,探索总结出适合和顺一缘煤业钻孔除尘的泡沫除尘方法。通过对3206风巷和3505风巷进行现场试验,测试结果表明,在钻机下风侧2m位置,使用泡沫降尘时,显著降低了粉尘浓度,改善了作业环境。
In view of the problem of the existing hole dust removal method in Heshun Yiyuan Coal Mine of Lu’an Group,it is difficult to control the coal dust in the drilling hole.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of foam dust removal,the foam dedusting method suitable for Heshun Yiyuan Coal Mine's borehole dedusting is explored and summarized.Through field tests on 3206 wind tunnels and 3505 wind tunnels,the test results show that when the 2m position of the downwind side of the drilling rig is used,the dust concentration is significantly reduced and the working environment is improved when using the foam dust fall.
