基于GIS的徐州市养老机构布局优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了对区域养老机构的布局优化进行研究,以徐州市养老机构为例,基于GIS缓冲区分析、空间可达性分析、Voronoi模型分析等对养老机构的布局优化进行分析。结果表明:1)徐州市养老机构公共服务设施整体分布较好,但存在周边向市区(县区、镇区)集聚的特点,89%的的区域能够在40 min内到达最近的养老机构,养老机构时间可达性最差的区域分布较少,区域占比2.53%。2)由徐州市养老机构分布Voronoi图可知,近57%的养老机构服务范围能够满足社会的需求,但仍有15%的养老机构的服务面积适宜度过大,严重影响养老机构公共服务设施的公平性和资源配置效益的最优化。 In order to study the overall arrangement optimization of regional pension institutions,Xuzhou elderly care institutions were taken as a case to learn the layout of pension institutions based on GIS buffer analysis,spatial accessibility analysis,and Voronoi model analysis.The results are mainly shown in two aspects.(1)The public service facilities of the old-age institutions in Xuzhou City are generally well distributed,but there are characteristics of surrounding urban areas(counties,towns)and agglomeration.Eighty-nine percent of the areas can reach the nearest old-age institutions within 40 minutes.The regions with the worst time accessibility are less distributed,with the region accounting for 2.53%.(2)It can be seen from the distribution of Voronoi map of Xuzhou elderly care institution that nearly 57%of the service scope of the pension institutions can meet the needs of the society.However,the service area of 15%of the pension institutions is still too large,which seriously affects the fairness of the public service facilities of pension institutions and optimize the benefits of resource allocation.
