摘要
VoLTE语音业务能够带来更好的使用感受和更佳的用户体验,高清语音和视频编解码的引入将语音通话质量提升两倍,VoLTE的呼叫时延大幅缩短,VoLTE将是LTE语音发展的必然趋势。保障用户的语音质量感知的前提下提升VoLTE话务占比,正是本论文探讨的重点。在中国移动大规模建设FDD与TDD多网络融合组网的前提下,为VoLTE业务承载于不同网络创造了条件,并通过不同策略及多种措施提升VoLTE话务占比,为运营商带来较大的经济效益和社会价值。
VoLTE voice service can bring better experience and better user experience.The introduction of HD voice and video codec will double the voice call quality,and the call delay of VoLTE will be greatly shortened.VoLTE will be the inevitable development of LTE voice.Trend.Enhancing the proportion of VoLTE traffic under the premise of guaranteeing the voice quality perception of users is the focus of this paper.On the premise of China Mobile's large-scale construction of FDD and TDD multi-network convergence network,it creates conditions for VoLTE services to be carried over different networks,and enhances VoLTE traffic ratio through different strategies and various measures,bringing operators more advantages.Great economic and social value.
