摘要
目的:分析格拉斯哥昏迷评分法(Glasgow Coma Scale,GCS)≥8分轻中型脑外伤患者应用醒脑开窍针刺疗法与小脑顶核电刺激联合治疗对患者简易智力状态检查量表(Mini-mental State Examination,MMSE)评分及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2015年9月-2017年10月我院收治的80例GCS≥8分轻中型脑外伤患者,随机分组进行对照研究,对照组(40例)予以小脑顶核电刺激治疗,观察组(40例)予以醒脑开窍针刺疗法联合小脑顶核电刺激治疗,比较两组总有效率、治疗前后格拉斯哥昏迷评分法(GCS)评分、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、生活质量评定表(Quality Of Life,QOL)评分。结果:观察组总有效率90.00%,高于对照组62.50%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后GCS与MMSE评分高于治疗前,且高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针刺疗法联合小脑顶核电刺激可提高GCS≥8分轻中型脑外伤患者MMSE评分与生活质量,改善昏迷状态与认知功能,疗效显著。
Objective:To analyze the effect of the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture(醒脑开窍针刺疗法)plus cerebellar peak nuclear stimulation on MMSE score and quality of life in patients with mild and moderate brain injury of GCS≥8.Methods:80 patients with mild to moderate traumatic brain injury of GCS≥8 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated by cerebellar nucleus electrical stimulation.The observation group was treated with the Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture more.The total effective rate and GCS Score before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 62.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The GCS and MMSE scores in the observation group were higher than those before treatment the control group(P<0.05).The QOL score in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xingnao Kaiqiao acupunctureplus cerebellar nucleus electrical stimulation can improve the MMSE score and quality of life of patients with mild to moderate brain injury of GCS≥8,improve their coma and cognitive function,and have significant curative effect.
