摘要
党的十九大发出了“培育具有全球竞争力的世界一流企业”的号令,一流的企业需要一流的人才,没有人才,一切归零。本文从人才战略、管控模式以及职能管理三方面分析世界一流企业人力资源管理的典型特征,提出企业人力资源管理关键要素指标。
The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China issued the command of“cultivating world-class enterprises with global competitiveness”.First-class enterprises need first-class talents.Without talents,all efforts will be worth nothing.This paper analyzes the typical characteristics of human resources management in world-class enterprises from the three aspects of talent strategy,management and control model as well as function management,and puts forward the key elements and indicators for human resources management in enterprise groups.
