摘要
当前浙江省竞技体育训练与竞赛科学化运作过程中存在的主要问题:①对运动训练与竞赛理论的研究较薄弱;②对运动训练与竞赛科学化的必要性重视程度不够;③对赛前训练理论与实践的研究欠缺;④竞技体育运动项目缺项较严重;⑤体育管理体制改革滞后。提高浙江省竞技体育训练与竞赛科学化水平的策略:①树立科学化训练全局观,培育良好的科学化训练环境;②倡导教练员科学训练实践的主导作用,落实科学化训练理念;③体育科研是实现运动训练与竞赛科学化目标的重要抓手;④加大竞技体育管理体制改革力度。
Nowadays,there are the main problems of Zhejiang scientization sports training and competition:①The researches on sports training and competition theories are not abundant.②The necessities of scientization sports training and competition are not emphasized.③The researches on pre-competition training theories and practices are lacking.④A number of competition events are not found.⑤The reformation of Zhejiang sports management system is delayed.The strategies to improve the level of Zhejiang competitive sports training and competetion:①Establishing a view of overall situation,which will be helpful to create a wonderful training environment.②Sparkplugging the leading role of coaches in scientific sports training and implementing the scientific training theories.③Sports science research is the key point to achieve the aim of scientization training and competition.④Devoting greater effort to the reformation of competitive sports management system.
