摘要 应用串联补偿的方法,解决传统配电网末端低电压、末端T接小水电产生的季节性高低压问题。建立串联补偿位置及容量选择的优化模型,在潮流计算的基础上,开发了基于Matlab平台的程序化确定串联补偿位置及容量的软件。典型案例应用表明:应用该方法获得的串联补偿方案可满足电能质量的要求,并可以提高线路输送容量、达到降损节能的最大化。 The series compensation method is used to solve such problem as low voltage at the end of the traditional distribution network and the seasonal high and low voltage problems associated with small hydropower systems at the end of distribution network.The optimal model for series compensation position and capacity selection is set up and,on the basis of calculation of power flow,the software for determining series compensation position and capacity is developed based on the program of Matlab platform.It is shown by the typical case application that series compensation proposal obtained by the method can meet the requirements of power quality,improve transmission capacity of line and maximize the energy loss reduction.
