摘要
目前,癌症已成为全球重要的经济负担,而基于药物经济学的癌症治疗得到了迅速发展。国内外大量研究探讨了药物经济学对癌症治疗临床策略优化、癌症临床路径及指南制定、抗癌药物定价和医保目录制定等方面的影响,证实了通过药物经济学在癌症治疗领域的应用,不仅有利于优化患者和医生的抗癌治疗决策,提供具有成本效用和可承受的癌症治疗,还能降低患者医疗成本、节约医保基金、优化公共医疗资源配置。因此,在当今的医疗环境下,应更重视基于药物经济学的癌症治疗决策。
Nowadays,cancer has become an important economic burden worldwide,while the treatment of cancer therapy based on pharmacoeconomics has rapidly developed.A large number of studies at home and abroad have investigated the impacts of pharmacoeconomics on the clinical decision-making strategies,clinical pathways and clinical guidelines,drug pricing,and healthcare directory for anti-cancer therapy.It is confirmed that through the application of pharmacoeconomics in cancer therapy,it can not only optimize the decision-making of anti-cancer therapy between patients and oncologists to deliver cost-effective and affordable cancer therapy,but also can reduce the cost of medical care for patients,save the medical insurance fund,and optimize the allocation of public medical resources.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the decision-making of cancer therapy based on pharmacoeconomics nowadays.
