摘要
胃食管反流病(GERD)是消化科常见病之一,近年来发病率逐渐升高,现代医学对其治疗存在一定弊端,给患者的身心及生活质量造成了严重影响。中医药作为一种综合治疗手段,通过辨病与辨证论治相结合,临床疗效显著。本文从病因病机、辨证论治、经典方药、专方专药、中医外治法方面着手,以近些年相关研究为依据总结中医药治疗GERD临床研究进展,希望可以为相关工作者提供理论性帮助。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is one of the common digestive diseases,and the incidence of GERD has gradually increased in recent years.Modern medicine has some drawbacks in its treatment,which has a serious impact on patients’physical and mental health and quality of life.As a comprehensive treatment method,traditional Chinese medicine has a remarkable clinical effect by combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation and treatment.This paper starts from the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,classic prescription medicine,special prescription medicine,and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on relevant research in recent years,this paper summarizes the clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of GERD,hoping to provide theoretical help for relevant workers.
