星点设计-效应面法优选积雪草多糖提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的运用星点设计-效应面法探索积雪草总多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法以总多糖含量为考察指标,选取料液比、提取时间、提取温度和提取次数为考察因素,采用星点设计-效应面法优选出积雪草总多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果以积雪草多糖含量为因变量Y,提取时间、提取温度、料液比为自变量X构建效应面模型,结果P<0.05,说明该模型可对实验结果进行预测。根据效应面分析表明不同因素均影响积雪草多糖含量,可预测积雪草多糖的最佳提取工艺。结论积雪草总多糖的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶40.09,提取时间为77.43 min,提取温度92.14℃。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of total polysaccharides from Centella asiatica by central composite design method.Methods In this experiment,the total polysaccharide content was selected as the index,and the ratio of material to liquid,extraction time,extraction temperature and extraction times were selected as the factors.The extraction process of total polysaccharides from Centella asiatica was optimized by central composite design method.Results The model was constructed with polysaccharide content,extraction time,extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio of Centella asiatica,and the result was P<0.05.According to the effect surface analysis,different factors affected the content of Centella asiatica polysaccharide,and this method can be used to predict the best extraction process of centella asiatica polysaccharide.Conclusion The optimal extraction process of total polysaccharides from Centella asiatica is the extraction temperature of 92.14℃,the ratio of material to liquid of 1∶40.09,and the extraction time of 77.43 min.
