摘要
通过混凝土早期抗裂试验,研究不同水泥品种、骨料级配以及环境因素对混凝土塑性开裂的影响。试验表明,高抗硫水泥配置的混凝土试件比普通硅酸盐水泥配置的试件更容易发生塑性开裂;一级配普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土比二级配更容易发生塑性开裂;在高温、低湿、大风的环境更容易发生塑性开裂。建议在浇筑混凝土面板时应选择合理的时间,避开高温、低湿、大风天气,同时配合覆盖养护,以避免塑性开裂的发生。
Through the early crack resistance test of concrete,the effects of different cement types,aggregate gradation and environmental factors on plastic cracking of concrete were studied.The test shows that the test of concrete specimens with high sulfur-resistant cement configuration is better than that of ordinary Portland cement.Plastic cracking is more likely to occur;the first grade with ordinary Portland cement concrete is more prone to plastic cracking than the second grade;plastic cracking is more likely to occur in high temperature,low humidity and high wind conditions.It is suggested that reasonable time should be selected when pouring concrete slabs,avoiding high temperature,low humidity and windy weather,and at the same time,covering and curing can avoid the occurrence of plastic cracking,and provide technical support for panel construction.
