摘要
文化是经济发展的内核和精神原动力。如何利用文化发展立湾、兴湾,是湾区建设中亟待解决的问题。文章从历史发展的进程和地域特点分析了杭州湾大湾区本身所具有的文化特质,即开放性、包容性、群聚性、务实性和创新性,并试图将杭州湾自身的文化特质与国际三大湾区文化发展中的先进经验相结合,为当前杭州湾大湾区的文化发展提供有益的发展方略,提升湾区发展的“软实力”。
Culture is the core and spiritual driving force of economic development.It is urgent to solve the problem of the establishment and development of the Bay Area through cultural prosperity.This paper analyzes the cultural characteristics of Hangzhou Greater Bay Area from the historical development process and regional characteristics,namely,openness,inclusiveness,clustering,utilitarianism and innovation.It also tries to provide a useful development strategy for the cultural development of Hangzhou Greater Bay Area and enhance the“soft power”of the area by combining the cultural characteristics of Hangzhou Greater Bay Area and advanced experience in the cultural development of the three major international Bay Areas.
