摘要
由于配电线路杆塔基数众多,且线路等级较低,长期的"重主网轻配网"思想使得配电线路杆塔接地电阻问题没有引起足够的重视.本文基于10 kV配电线路钢筋混凝土电杆接地电阻的实际考察与现场测量,并从混凝土在干燥和吸湿两种情况下其电阻率的表现,以及钢筋混凝土杆塔抱箍是否与内部钢筋相连等方面分析了其对杆塔接地电阻的影响.本文通过电磁暂态软件PSCAD建立了相关输电线路模型,分析了不同接地电阻对输电线路耐雷水平的影响,若接地电阻较大,雷击时避雷器通流容量将超过其设计通流值,说明了配电线路杆塔接地装置对其雷电防护性能的重要性.
The pole tower of distribution line is numerous,and its voltagelevel is low.Long-term thought of devoting much attention to the main network and less to the distribution network leads to the fact that less attention has been paid on the grounding resistance of line tower.Based on actual investigation and field measurement of grounding resistance of 10kV distribution line,the influence factors of tower grounding resistance are analyzed from two aspects that the resistivity performance of concrete in the dry and moisture conditions,and whether reinforced concrete pole tower is connected to the internal steel.The effect of different grounding resistance on lightning withstand level of transmission line is also analyzed by establishing a transmission line model in PSCAD software.If the grounding resistance is large,the flux capacity of arrester under lightning will exceed its design value,which illustrates the importance of grounding devices of distribution line towers on the lightning protection performance.
