摘要
针对各地新材料产业发展出现的过度趋同和对重点、领域选择研究不足问题,以青海西宁国家级经济技术开发区为例,在实际调研充分了解该地区新材料产业发展情况的基础上,运用层次分析法(AHP)构建综合评价指标体系,并将绿色发展能力纳入指标体系,通过模糊综合评价确定出该地区新材料产业发展的重点领域,具体包括电子信息新材料(电子硅材料、光电材料、电子薄膜材料)、锂电新能源材料和金属合金新材料(铝合金、镁合金、铜合金、钛合金),并针对每个重点领域提出了具体可行的发展路径。
Aiming at the excessive homogenization problem and the difficulty of choosing important fields existing in various regions of China,this paper taking Qinghai Xining national economic and technological development zone as an example,analyzed the advantage and disadvantage of local new material industry through actual investigation.Then by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the paper constructed an evaluation index system,integrated green development capacity into the index system,and determined the key development fields of Xining's new material Industry including new materials for electronic information(electronic silicon materials,optoelectronic materials,electronic film materials),lithium-ion new energy materials and metal alloy materials(including aluminum alloy,magnesium alloy,copper alloy,titanium alloys).Finally,the paper put forward a specific feasible development path for each key field.
