融合自媒体的科技舆情监测及应急导向分析 被引量:4

摘要 在我国信息化高速发展和互联网应用技术日渐成熟的时代,基于传统媒体、数字化新媒体尤其是自媒体,海量的网络信息成为科技舆论的聚集地和发散地,不良科技舆情引起的突发事件容易对社会造成负面影响。通过对科技舆情的传播特征进行深入研究,对科技舆情的监测现状进行梳理,通过典型案例分析得出科技舆情的正能量引导及应急方法,总结经验,以期提高科技舆情突发事件的应急处理能力。 In the era of rapid development of information technology,and with growing maturity of internet application technologies in China,based on traditional media,digital new media,especially we-media,massive network information has become the gathering and dispersing place of science and technology public opinion,and unexpected events caused by bad science and technology public opinion are likely to have a negative impact on society.Through in-depth study of the characteristics of the dissemination of science and technology public opinion,combing the monitoring status quo of science and technology public opinion,through typical cases,the positive energy guidance and emergency methods of science and technology public opinion are analyzed,and the experience is summarized to improve the ability of dealing with science and technology public opinion emergencies.
