摘要
健康信息教育与人才的培养是提升公众健康信息素养,建设健康服务体系的重要方面。文章选取“最佳健康图书馆员职业培养项目”排名第一的北卡罗莱纳教堂山分校为调查对象,从课程设置、师资结构、实习及就业去向等维度出发,对其健康信息学教育的发展模式进行探究,并结合我国健康信息学的发展实际,提出“以图书情报学院为阵地,设立健康信息学专业”“加强学科机构合作,建立多维立体学科支撑体系”“明确人才培养目标,建设模块化、体系化课程内容”等发展建议。
Health information education and the cultivation of talents are important aspects of improving public health information literacy and building a health service system.The article selected the "Best Health Librarianship Program" ranked No.1 in North Carolina Chapel Hill as the survey object,to study the health informatics education from the curriculum,teacher structure,internship and employment direction,etc.The development model is explored,and combined with the development of China’s health informatics,it is proposed to set up a health information science major with the Library and Information Institute as a position,strengthen the cooperation of disciplines and institutions to establish a multidimensional and stereoscopic discipline support system,and clarify the talent training objectives.
