不同氨基酸对大鲵幼体生长的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 试验随机选取了刚开口的大鲵幼体26尾,任意选取幼鲵8尾作为对照组,其水体中不添加氨基酸;谷氨酸组任意选取幼鲵12尾,水体中添加谷氨酸;混合氨基酸组任意选取幼鲵6尾,其水体中添加谷氨酸与苏氨酸的混合氨基酸。通过对幼鲵体重、特定生长率、饵料系数、生长效率等指标的分析,研究3种不同氨基酸投喂条件下大鲵幼体的生长发育情况。结果表明,添加混合氨基酸的幼鲵增长最好,只添加谷氨酸的幼鲵前期增长低于对照组,但后几次测量的生长效果好于对照组。通过数理统计分析发现,谷氨酸组与混合氨基酸组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),但与对照组相比较差异显著(P<0.05)。 In the experiment, 26 larval Andrias davidianus were randomly selected from all Andrias davidianus cultured.Eight larval Andrias davidianus were randomly selected as control group which amino acids were not added to the water.12 larval Andrias davidianus were randomly selected as glutamic acid group which glutamic acid was added to the water. Six larval Andrias davidianus were randomly selected as mixed amino acids group which mixed amino acids of glutamic acid and threonine were added to the water. The growth and development of larval Andrias davidianus under three different conditions were studied by analyzing the weight, specific growth rate, bait coefficient and growth efficiency of larval Andrias davidianus.The results showed that the growth rate of larval Andrias davidianus added with mixed amino acids was the best. The growth rate of larval Andrias davidianus added with glutamic acid was lower than that of the control group at the early stage, but the growth effect of the latter four measurements was better than that of the control group. Through mathematical statistics analysis, it was found that there was no significant difference between glutamic acid group and mixed amino acid group(P>0.05), but there was significant difference(P<0.05) between the two groups and control group.
