摘要
目前我国科研工作者对复合材料在船舶上层建筑中实际模型的应用研究很少,且船舶复合材料上层建筑的结构设计研究缺乏相关规范依据。文章基于钢制船舶及小型复合材料船舶的设计规范,研究了船舶复合材料上层建筑有效替代钢质上层建筑的方法。复合材料上层建筑的性能评估结果证实了该替代设计方法的可行性。研究结果表明:研究所得的钢质上层建筑等效替代设计方案,达到了很好的结构减重效果,约减重33.25%。
At present,Chinese scientific research workers have little research on the application of composite materials in the actual model of ship superstructure,and the structural design of ship composite superstructure lacks relevant normative basis.Based on the design specifications of steel ships and small composite ships,an alternative method to effectively replace steel superstructures with ship composite superstructures is studied.The performance evaluation of the composite superstructure confirms the feasibility of the alternative design method.The research results show that the equivalent design scheme of the steel superstructure obtained by the research achieve a good structural weight reduction effect,and the weight loss reaches to 33.25%.
