摘要
装备是现代战争的关键因素,装备维修质量直接关系到装备的完好率、军队的战斗力乃至战争的胜负。装备维修企业必须要做好质量工作,保证装备修理质量,切不可让质量让位于进度,甚至服务于利润。文章从例行管理、风险控制以及人才队伍培养等多个方面分析了装备维修企业质量工作的难点与要点,为相关维修企业提供参考。
Equipment is a key factor in modern war,and the quality of equipment maintenance is directly related to the complete rate of equipment,military combat effectiveness and even the victory or defeat of the war.Equipment maintenance enterprises must do well in quality work,ensure quality of the equipment maintenance,and quality must not be allowed to give way to progress,even for profit.From the aspects of routine management,risk control and training of talent teams,the difficulties and key points of the quality maintenance of equipment maintenance enterprises are analyzed,which provides reference for relevant maintenance enterprises.
