摘要
目的:分析持续正压通气对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并牙周炎患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月福建省莆田市莆田学院附属医院口腔科收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并牙周炎患者98例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予持续正压通气治疗,比较2组治疗的总有效率、牙槽骨高度、牙周袋深度、附着丧失情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较高、牙槽骨高度较低、牙周袋深度较浅、附着丧失较少,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续正压通气治疗,能够提升阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并牙周炎患者的治疗效果,也能改善患者牙周状况。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of continuous positive pressure ventilation(CPAP)on patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)and periodontitis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome complicated with periodontitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received additional continuous positive pressure ventilation treatment.The treatment efficiency,alveolar bone height,periodontal pocket depth and attachment loss were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher,alveolar bone height was lower,periodontal pocket depth was shallower,attachment loss was less,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous positive pressure ventilation can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome combined with periodontitis,and can also improve the periodontal condition of patients.
