摘要
以箔条的大面积抛撒为研究目的,提出了爆炸式箔条抛撒结构,分析了该结构的工作原理。通过爆热比值法将黑火药换算成TNT当量,采用LS-DYNA软件的ALE流固耦合算法对爆炸抛撒箔条的过程进行数值仿真,计算箔条盒及箔条的抛撒速度和距离参数。仿真结果表明:上述方法在工程应用领域能够指导箔条干扰弹的快速大面积抛撒研究与设计。
Taking large-area dispersion of chaff as the research purpose,this paper proposes the explosive chaff dispersion structure,analyzes the working principle of the structure,converts the black powder into TNT equivalent through the explosion heat ratio method,uses ALE fluid-solid coupling algorithm of LS-DYNA software to perform numerical simulation to the course of explosion dispersing chaff,then calculates the scattering speed and distance parameters of the chaff box and the chaff.The simulation result shows that this method can guide the study and design of rapid large-area dispersion of chaff jamming bombs in engineering application domain.
