摘要
随着社会的发展和城镇化进程的加快,传统村落的数量逐年减少,并面临着消失的危机.传统民居作为传统村落的核心组成部分,具有很高的文化价值、历史价值、社会价值,是地域文化的主要物质载体.通过对青岛市即墨区周戈庄村的实证调研,根据传统民居不同的建筑年代和建筑质量,采取分层级、分类别的保护方法和措施;同时通过对传统民居的第五立面改造以及改善传统民居历史环境要素,来达到保护传统民居整体风貌的目的.本次研究旨在创新保护模式、抢救周戈庄村民居文化遗产,并为该类物质文化遗产的保护提供借鉴.
With the development of society and the acceleration of urbanization,the number of traditional villages is decreasing year by year,and they are faced with a potential crisis of disappearance.As the core component of traditional villages,traditional residences have high architectural value,historical value and social value,and are considered as a main material carrier of regional culture.Based on an empirical investigation of Zhougezhuang Village in Jimo District,Qingdao City,according to the different building ages and building quality of traditional residence,the hierarchical and sub-category protection methods and measures are adopted.At the same time,the transformation of the fifth facade of traditional residence and the improvement of the historical environment of traditional residence are engaged to protect the overall style of traditional residence.The aim of this study is to innovate the protection model,rescue the cultural heritage of Zhougezhuang Village and provide reference for the protection of such material cultural heritage.
