摘要
[目的/意义]适应不断变化的信息技术环境和用户需求,实现服务内容多样化,是高校图书馆开展技术支持服务的必然要求。[方法/过程]运用网络调查的方法,选取2018年THE世界大学排名榜前50所高校图书馆中技术支持服务开展较好的12所进行调研,分析和归纳这些高校图书馆在技术支持服务实践方面的经验和特点,并为国内高校图书馆开展相关服务提供参考建议。[结果/结论]调研结果显示,各图书馆在栏目名称的设置上不尽相同,但又大同小异,其服务项目概括来说主要包括5个方面:计算机硬件与软件服务、打印与复印及扫描服务、其他技术设备借用服务、技术咨询与培训服务、综合型技术创新服务。基于国外良好实践经验,我国高校图书馆在开展技术支持服务的过程中应结合自身实际,从服务理念、资源建设和服务规范等方面着手。
[Purpose/Significance]It is necessary for university libraries to provide technical support service(TTS).Carrying out the service can not only adapt to the changing information technology environment and user demands,but also enrich library services.[Method/Process]By the method of network survey,this paper selected twelve libraries of top 50 university in THE world university ranking in 2018,which TTS were well developed.Then,it analyzed and summarized the experience and characteristics of these twelve university libraries in the practice of TTS.Finally,we provided some advice for the development of domestic university libraries.[Result/Conclusion]The result showed that the website column name of these twelve libraries’ TTS were similar,and the service items could be roughly divided into five types:①computer hardware and software services;②print,copy and scan services;③other technical equipment borrowing services;④technical consultation and training services;⑤comprehensive technological innovation service.Based on the abroad good practice above,domestic university libraries should combine their conditions and consider the following aspects when carrying out technical support service,including service concept,resource construction and service specification.
