摘要
园林绿化工程是城市建设不可缺少的一道风景线,园林绿化建设能有效提升城市居民的生活质量。对工程的整体造价管理,能有效估算整期工程的成本;做好绿化建设涉及的人员和财产等的管理工作,在保证整体质量的情况下实现建造的最大经济效益。简要分析了工程造价管理对于绿化工程质量建设的重要性,以及针对现阶段我国工程造价管理的现状提出更好优化管理的建议,以前能优化管理园林绿化的造价控制,对园林建设有所帮助。
The landscape engineering is an indispensable landscape line in the construction of the city,and the landscape construction can effectively improve the quality of life of the urban residents.The overall cost management of the project can effectively estimate the cost of the whole project,and the management of the personnel and property involved in the construction of the greening shall be well done,and the maximum economic benefit of the construction shall be realized under the condition of ensuring the overall quality.In this paper,the importance of project cost management to the construction of green project quality is briefly analyzed,and suggestions for better management are put forward for the present situation of project cost management at present,and the cost control of management and greening can be optimized,and the construction of the garden is helpful.
