摘要
轻型车的道路滑行阻力是整车燃油经济性评价的重要和关健参数,其主要由风阻,轮脑阻力和传动系统阻力体现,经研究表明,采用相同的试验方法,不同的动力总成和传动系统集成状态,可分解得到滑行阻力各部分的特点,由于前轮剩车阻滞力和变速箱等多项阻力偏大,造成了各状态下的滑行阻力特征存在明显的差异,基于滑行阻力得到的最高车速和最大爬坡度和试验结果相近,基于滑行阻力的NEDC循环的总阻力MAP可用于分析相关性能。
The first and most important factors are coasting drag characteristic in the evaluation of vehiclefuel economy.The coasting drag compromises the aerodynamic drag,rolling resistances and the transmission resistances.Base on the specific light duty vehicle analysis,the coasting drag partition are completed by the sametest method while the vehicle and transmission system and parts are assembled with different state.It can befounded critical differences for the various level of resistance partition because of large percent of brake residualresistance and higher ratio of remained resistance of transmission and rear axle and so on.In term of the highestvehicle speed and largest grade ability,it is almost close between the calculated result from the driving resistance,force equilibrium diagram and the road test data.It is beneficial for analysis of vehicle fuel economy by using ofdriving resistance power MAP in the NEDC cycle,which is also acquired from the results of resistance partition.
